The Boost workshop aims to provide an interactive and creative educational experience to engage youth aged 14-19 in critical conversations around mental health.
The workshops explore topics such as emotions, anxiety, establishing healthy boundaries, goal setting, and self-care. Each workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to discover how they experience and interact with these topics in a meaningful way through art-making and group discussion.
Psycho-education on mental health and coping strategies to help when feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious will be intertwined into each workshop.
