Grief is the natural human response to loss. But for most people, grief is best described as an emotional roller coaster. Losing a loved one can be overwhelmingly painful, and the grieving process can be long, arduous, and lonely; but it’s also different for everyone. Carissa, Communications, and Development with Family Service Regina is joined by Glenda Myles. Glenda is a psychotherapist who has additional training in Grief, Bereavement, End-of-Life Care, and Trauma. Today, they explore the stages the grief.
