Yes! We work hard to reduce barriers and ensure that everyone can access support. No one is turned away. While some programs have specific criteria, we encourage you to reach out—whether it’s for counselling, support groups, or other services, we’ll help you find the right fit. If you're unsure where to start, contact us, and we’ll guide you.

  • Do these programs cost money?

As a non-profit organization, we are committed to providing accessible services to the community. The vast majority of our services are offered at no cost. The only exceptions are certain private-pay counselling services and specialized workshops. We are dedicated to ensuring that cost does not prevent anyone from accessing the support they need. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

  • Can I request service on behalf of somebody I am caring for?

You’re welcome to contact us to discuss available services and how we can help. While some programs require individuals to reach out directly, we can provide guidance on next steps.
