At Family Service Regina, we work with seniors, adults, children, and pregnant and parenting teens to help strengthen individuals, and families to create a safe, inclusive and vibrant community in which all people are resilient, confident, and filled with hope.

Counselling

Family Service Regina offers access to immediate counselling services through our regular counselling service and our Thrive Rapid Access Counselling program that can help with many issues from stress, depression, and anxiety to relationship and family violence and everything else that may be bothering you. Our trained professionals are here to help.

We support individuals and their families who may be dealing with abusive relationships and violence in the home. Our staff can offer emotional support, provide information, assist with safety planning, and help put you in touch with other supports you may need.
