If you’ve been approved for Victims Compensation benefits, you can access trauma-informed counselling services at no cost to you. These benefits fully cover the cost of counselling, allowing you to focus on your well-being without worrying about expenses.
If you have not yet applied for Victims Compensation, you may be eligible through the Ministry of Justice. While we do not administer compensation, our Intake Counsellors can provide guidance and support as you complete your application.

For anyone living in Regina, in-person sessions are available. The availability of in-person appointments is limited and may vary on the number of available counsellors.
